| ABOUT WSF2021 |
After the success of the Road to Warsaw Security Forum #Road2WSF in November 2020, the in-person conference is coming back to Warsaw and will be held on the 5-6th of October, 2021!
This year we are offering the WSF community a unique hybrid format of engagement. The WSF 2021 will be attended by a carefully selected group of around 500 participants, including heads of state, government ministers, world-renowned experts and Young Transatlantic Leaders. The participants will come to Warsaw to take part in panel discussions, debates, roundtables and networking sessions.
The WSF2021 will be available to the larger audience via an online platform allowing virtual participants to take part in main events, network among each other and interact with speakers.

Registration to the online platform is subject to receiving a personalized, non-transferable invitation from the Organizers. The registration will open on September 1st, 2021 and close on October 1st, 2021.

At the Warsaw Security Forum, we put the health and safety of our Guests first. The preparations for the 2021 edition are conducted in accordance with the measures recommended by the Chief Sanitary Inspector of the Republic of Poland and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Poland in order minimize the risk of contamination to the greatest extent possible.
We are following the latest Covid-19-related developments very closely as well as the recommendations issued by the Government of the Republic of Poland, the World Health Organization and all other relevant authorities.

Venue and Covid-19-related requirements
The in-person part of the WSF 2021 will take place in the Double Tree by Hilton hotel in Warsaw. The conference areas will only be accessible to the pre-registered Guests in possession of a badge granted based on the previous registration record as well as proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test. So far, over 94% of Guests have declared that they have been vaccinated and the rest have declared they will provide a negative Covid-19 test result upon arrival. On-site testing will be provided to Guests in exceptional circumstances between the hours of 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. on both days of the conference.
We will require all Guests and Staff to wear face masks covering their mouth and nose and everyone will be encouraged to disinfect and wash their hands regularly.
All Staff present at the Venue will also be fully vaccinated by one of the vaccines approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA).
Arrival to Poland
As quarantine might be mandatory upon arrival to Poland from some regions, all international Participants are encouraged to check these provisions before arriving to Poland. These regulations are subject to change in line with the evolving epidemiological situation and Participants are advised to follow the updates regularly.
We remind you that some groups are exempt from mandatory quarantine. This exemption applies to, among others:

Soldiers and civilian personnel of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland and its allies, while on duty;

Members of the diplomatic corps, consulates and representatives of international organizations as well as their families and any other persons crossing the border using a diplomatic passport;

All persons in possession of the EU Digital Covid Certificate.
