Mr. Ilya Ponomarev holds a Bachelors of Science in Physics from Moscow State University and a Master of Public Administration from the Russian State Social University.

He is a Russian politician, former member of the State Duma and a technology entrepreneur.

Mr. Ponomarev was the only member of the State Duma to vote against Russia’s annexation of Crimea during the 2014 Russian invasion of Ukraine.
