Grégoire is a Business Intelligence Officer at Allianz Group, currently focusing on digital
innovation strategy, tech trends analysis and venture capital. Prior to that, Grégoire worked on
economic policy and private sector development in Sub-Saharan Africa for the United Nations
Development Programme (UNDP).
With a keen eye for public policy, international politics and foreign affairs, Grégoire is an actively-
dedicated European citizen, who has served as France’s Youth Ambassador to UNESCO and
collaborated with various think tanks and policy research organisations on such strategic topics
as European politics and the future of European integration, European tech & defence policy, the
strengthening of the Franco-German relationship, EU-Russian relationship and Russian politics,
Mediterranean political leadership and the future of the Atlantic bond, NATO in the Fourth
Industrial Revolution, etc. His contributions include fellowships with, amongst others, the German
Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF), the BMW Foundation, the Russian International
Affairs Council (RIAC), or the World Economic Forum (of which he led the Global Shapers’ hub
Grégoire is a graduate in history, philosophy, political sciences and international law &
economics (Paris University, Sciences Po and EHESS), and is a Leader of Tomorrow of the St.
Gallen Symposium and a Young Leader of the Globsec Security Forum.
